It took us 3 days to get through everything. You have 9 days to use it and we were there for the weekend on a spur of the moment trip. Everything else we didn’t have to spend extra so the pass was definitely worth it considering the price of it. He had a blast he was able to get on a few rides alone and the ones that he couldn’t we were able to accompany him. At the boardwalk we only had to pay extra for my son to get on rides because they go by height not age he’s 2yrs old and 32” tall. That did take me by surprise considering that all they have inside is the restaurant (top two floors) the white Tiger, a couple of fish tanks and the stingrays everything else is outside. We had to pay extra to ride the rides at the aquarium outside and the train to see the sharks but not much. We were able to experience the Houston zoo, children museum, nasa, kemah boardwalk, and the aquarium. We could avoid waiting in the line again. Otherwise, we would upgrade our children's tickets. The ticket booth lady didn't explain to us. CityPASS only covers $15.99 general ticket. The all-day pass for aquarium is $22.99 (adults). We had to go back to wait in the line to get two ride tickets for our children. If you want to do the rides, you need to pay extra money, which the lady didn't tell us ahead of time. The time waiting in the line is more than you spent in the aquarium. Even you have cityPASS, you have to go through a long line to get your tickets. You can do all the rides without problems. For Kemah broadwalk, you do have to go through the ticket booth. Zoo and space center, you can use CityPASS to get in without going to the ticket booth at all. If you stay for a week, the CityPASS works great to save you time and money. That is why the Alamodome will continue to host great events like the Final Four, Notre Dame Football, Alamo Bowl, and UTSA Football. We used CityPASS for (1) zoo (2) aquarium (3) space center and (4) kemah.
